| Timeline: Grant application's are due to Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by July 19, 2009. Funds must be fully expended within three years of award. |
| Restrictions: Applicants will have to demonstrate capacity, ability to leverage investment, and ability to achieve neighborhood stabilization. Grants must be given to areas with the highest foreclosure numbers and rates and where the funding can be used within the established timeline. |
